We hope you love what you ordered from botakenconcept.com and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may follow these guidelines for returns/exchange.
Note that shipping charges are not refundable.
Items must be unworn/unused and have price tickets attached. Washed or worn machandise cannot be returned or exchanged. You must have original receipt to accompany your returns. If you do not have your original receipt, we will give you a store credit at the current selling price of the returned merchandise. Customers will pay the shipping for any returned merchandise within 15 DAYS from the shipped date or we will not accept your returns.
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $4.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
- You will receive your refund in the original form of payment within 60 days of receipt.
- Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
- Please write your order # on the outside of the package.
